“The growing energy sector is for everyone and it benefits from the diversity of thinking and new perspectives generated by a gender inclusive workforce. Women and girls are a key resource that is untapped and can bring tremendous contributions to the world. I believe in the benefits of providing access and opportunities for women and girls to achieve better education, and thus financial independence. At RTI, I am truly blessed with the opportunity to do the work I love every day where I have the chance to meet resilient women and girls, men and boys around the world.”
