The RTI Global Gender Center hosted a series of four training's aimed at enhancing staff knowledge and skills in applying a gender-lens across their research.

Training's spanned across four areas:

• Working with LGBT+ Individuals: Considerations and Resources - Katie Grimes, MPH


• Gender Sensitivity in Program Evaluation - Sarah Frazer, MA


• Keeping a Gender-lens During Data Analysis - Tracy Kline, PhD


• Designing and Implementing Gender-specific Programs and Interventions - Felicia Browne, ScD

All training sessions were recorded and are available to internal RTI staff members and external guests upon request!
