Kelle Barrick, PhD, is an expert on human trafficking and has led research on both sex and labor trafficking with federal and state funding for more than 10 years.

Rebecca Pfeffer, PhD, is a research criminologist in RTI’s Victimization and Resilience Program. With over 15 years of experience, she is an expert on human trafficking.
